ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you’ll deliver practical engineering solutions across mining and geotechnical projects, from underground mining and earthworks to roads, dams and gas drainage.
Working with engineers, draftspersons and operational teams, you’ll help shape projects from concept to delivery. If you enjoy solving complex challenges and making a real impact, this is your opportunity to make your mark.
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years’ experience in an underground coal mining environment
- Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering
- Experience with mine planning software, or a willingness to undertake training
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Commitment to site safety, operational standards and achieving production targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer literacy and technical skills
