Job Summary: In this position, you will take a part of our operations team playing a critical role as our customers revolutionize the way they inspect and monitor vital infrastructure and assets.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled UAS ROC Flight Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting autonomous and remote drone flights, ensuring precision, safety, and compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements. This position is an onsite position at our Remote Control Operations Center located in Riviera Beach, FL , and requires working in shifts, including overnight shifts, and covering rotational on-call status during nights and weekends . The role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of drone missions for various applications, such as surveillance, asset inspection, emission detection, and data collection. This role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Control Center, West Palm Beach, FL

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

• Licensed FAA Part 107 drone operator

• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in drone operation, aviation, or remote-control systems is highly desirable

• Must be willing to work in rotating shifts and be on-call during weekends as needed

• Successfully work both independently and as part of a high-performance team.

• Familiarity with GIS software and data integration.

• Great customer-facing skills.

• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.

• Self-motivated, self-starter, energetic, assertive.

• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while monitoring screens and systems for extended periods during the entire shift

• Ability to self-learn in a highly dynamic and ambitious work environment

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.

• Ability to work long hours and sit for extended periods while operating equipment.
