Title:   Senior Client Experience Manager

Team:   Phreesia Network Solutions

Location:   Hybrid - style in   New York City / commutable area

In-person expectation:   Client and/or team meetings 1 - 3 times per week   on average

Travel:   Regular   NYC metro travel   for client visits or team meetings , with   occasional travel outside   the region   (~25–30% overall)

In this role,   you’ll   own a portfolio of   pharmaceutical   and agency accounts-   identifying   revenue opportunities, moving deals forward, and nurturing the long-term partnerships that keep clients coming back.

You   don’t   need a traditional sales background — if   you’ve   built your career   developing client relationships   in   digital   media or agency life and   you’re   ready to grow business with more ownership and   visib ili ty ,   and   be compensated more favorably for it,   this is your next move.

What   You’ll   Spend Your Time Doing  :

Develop and grow new or existing business:   B ecome an SME for your assigned accounts -   brands, pipelines, org changes, key contacts -   to   identify   the right opportunities at the right time ,   b ring ing   your pharmaceutical media knowledge to every first conversation so you show up as a   trusted partner.

Own the   F ull   D eal   C ycle:   Move deals from   capabilities   presentations and proposals through revisions, sell-in, and contracting.   You’ll   respond to RFPs by developing tailored proposals in close collaboration with   internal   analytics, creative, strategy, and research   team s.

Be a   T rusted   S trategic   P artner :   Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts , from   answering questions, sharing insights,   to   presenting monthly campaign performance in partnership with internal teams .   You will   help   demonstrate   value, support renewals, and keep client relationships active between   deals   while   maintaining   accurate   Salesforce records and pipeline   hygiene,   so the team has a clear view of revenue and progress.

Get “out of the office” for fun entertainment with clients :   Client relationships here go beyond   the   conference room - think  bagel d rops, concerts, sporting   event , perfume making   and all   kind   of   fun   creative activities in between . Since   spending time in person with your clients is core to your role ,   y ou'll   spend time face-to-face with media and pharmaceutical clients across the NYC area 1–3 times per week on average, plus occasional national travel.

Contribute to a collaborative team culture:   Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that make clients say, “Yes — this is exactly what we need.” Serve as the client’s advocate internally, carrying their priorities into every cross-functional conversation.

Know the pharmaceutical media world or have h ealthcare media experience :   Point of Care, Programmatic, DTC, HCP, OTC, or OOH   experience   highly valued

We Do Have A Few Requirements   To   Check

Bachelor’s degree   with  6 + years of account or client-facing experience in digital media, creative or media agencies, healthcare publishing, or digital advertising

Healthcare experience   required ;   pharmaceutical agency or media background strongly preferred

Deep familiarity with how agencies   work —the internal dynamics, the team structure, the pace ,   and the ability to use that knowledge to build stronger partnerships

Fluency in digital media vernacular from measurement, brand performance, campaign insights, to the ability to turn data into client-ready recommendations   that   land

Strong PowerPoint skills and the confidence   presenting to all levels of a client organization,   from day-to-day buyers to senior   leadership

Where   You’ll   Work

This is a hybrid role based in the New York City area, with your home office as your primary base. At the same time, this is a role built around in-person connection.   You’ll   regularly spend time with clients and/or teammates 1–3 times per week   on average , with occasional national travel, because being face-to-face is a meaningful part of how this team builds trust, deepens relationships, and moves business forward

Compensation & Rewards

Base salary:   $180,000-195,000 (depending on experience) inclusive of base salary and variable incentive.
