Description
- Technical responsibility for the product during its whole life span
- Product Engineer (PE) is technical owner of product . PE setting-up and ensures stable and efficient production processes. PE ensuring availability of needed documentation, training employees and solving product design issues.
- PE is main contact internally and towards customer in product related technical issues.
- PE analyzes and improves in co-operation with process owners and test engineers product behavior through processes and if possible improves product design in co-operation with customer.
- Customer advisory services in the field of development support (let customers` requirements, requirements of production and suppliers` requirements merge in an optimum and robust product form)
- Draft, modify and prepare customer`s data for the production
- Identify and present optimization potential regarding production
