Legal Director

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Legal Director to lead and manage the company’s legal activities. This role will support Helfy rapid growth by providing strategic legal guidance across multiple areas, including commercial agreements, regulatory matters, corporate governance, and risk management.

The Legal Director will work closely with senior leadership, product, operations, and external partners to ensure the company operates in a compliant, efficient, and scalable legal framework.

• 6-8 years of legal experience , preferably in a tech company or startup environment.

• Strong experience with commercial contracts and corporate matters .

• Experience working with startups or fast-growing companies .

• Ability to translate legal complexity into practical business solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English.
