Senior Back-end Developer
Description
As a Senior Back-end developer, you'll be a vital part of our team, working together to build Donna , our perfect AI-sales assistant for field sales reps. Donna empowers them to focus on what they do best - selling.
Expect to tackle diverse challenges in back-end engineering while helping shape the infrastructure behind our AI systems. You’ll work on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and scaling the real-time systems that power Donna’s voice and conversational capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

Design and implement the overall architecture of our web applications and integrations, ensuring they are responsive and maintain high-quality code standards.

Adding support for new data source ingestion and assisting in maintaining clarity in our data layer.

Scale and optimize our voice-to-voice pipeline and AI infrastructure to support real-time, low-latency interactions across multiple communication channels.

Help design and scale the infrastructure that powers Donna’s AI systems (LLMs, voice pipelines, and data processing), ensuring reliability, observability, and performance in production.

Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior developers and AI engineers, helping them design scalable systems and production-ready architectures.

Experiment with new technologies to get the most out of our stack.

You’ll report directly to our CTO, but you’ll work together with other departments (and customers) in detailing the requirements of features and make trade-offs together in order to maximise value while minimising complexity.
