About the Role

Atera is actively seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-growing, global technology company.

The Executive Assistant plays a central role in managing the CEO’s day-to-day operating flow, ensuring priorities, logistics, and execution are handled with precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a highly complex and dynamic calendar, prioritizing time based on business and leadership needs
  • Proactively plan, protect, and optimize the CEO’s time, including buffers, focus blocks, and rapid adjustments
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings end-to-end, including preparation, logistics, and follow-up
  • Plan and manage complex international and domestic travel, including itineraries, visas, and last-minute changes
  • Support logistics for board meetings, leadership offsites, and executive-level events
  • Act as a trusted point of coordination between the CEO and senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive professional and personal matters with absolute discretion and sound judgment
  • Operate with full ownership to reduce noise, friction, and distractions from the CEO’s day-to-day work

If you have already operated at the executive level within a growth-stage startup and understand what it takes to support a CEO in a complex, fast-paced environment, this role is for you

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or C-level executive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars and priorities at scale
  • Native-level or near-native English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience working daily in English with senior executives, board members, and global stakeholders
  • Experience supporting executives in a global SaaS or technology company
  • Hands-on experience working across time zones and with international stakeholders
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and executive-level task or project management tools
  • Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems before they escalate
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal judgment
  • Exceptional reliability, discretion, and attention to detail

The role is not an entry-level role and requires proven experience, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently from day one.
