About the Role
As Senior Group Controller, your day-to-day work will be shaped by exciting and challenging tasks that require both in-depth analysis and the ability to translate numbers into concrete decisions and actions.
Key responsibilities
- Month-end and year-end close: Consolidation of the group's financial statements, as well as responsibility for the annual audit in cooperation with local advisors and auditors
- Transfer pricing: Preparation and maintenance of intercompany pricing, documentation and ongoing reconciliation of intercompany balances
- ERP implementation: Active participation in the roll-out of a new group ERP system, including requirements specification, data cleansing and local roll-out across individual entities
- Commercial analysis: Supporting management's decisions with margin analyses, business cases and ad hoc analyses in collaboration with the Finance Director and Group CFO
- Financial reporting: Preparing and optimising reporting to management, the board and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data and timely delivery
- Internal controls: Developing and implementing robust controls that ensure quality and reduce the risk of errors across the group's many entities
