Product Designer (Mobile Native oriented)

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer with strong craft, a data-driven instinct, and a genuine curiosity for how things work. This is an end-to-end role from discovery to delivery, on a product that handles people's money and trust.

• You'll work in a real feedback culture with short loops between design, product, and leadership. A manager who runs 1:1s focused on your growth and expects you to drive it yourself.

• 5+ years of product design experience (that include some B2C mobile products)

• Genuine AI fluency: you use LLMs daily, you've built custom workflows, you've used vibe coding, Figma AI, or similar. You're always looking for what's next

• Someone who takes full ownership, from framing the problem to shipping, without needing to be told what to do next

• Leads with data: digs into data and analytics independently, understands the metrics behind a feature before jumping to solutions

• Strong UX foundation with real attention to detail. Get the details right: microcopy, edge cases, error states, micro-interactions.

• Comfortable running your own research

• Clear communicator, in writing and in conversation, across product, engineering, and leadership

• Availability to work in a hybrid model - at least 3 days a week from the office.
