What you will do

As part of our Service Engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' laser systems perform reliably and efficiently.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on advanced laser systems

• Investigate returned products and identify root causes of failures

• Perform repairs, calibrations and product rework

• Conduct testing, validation and performance verification

• Support engineering teams with technical investigations and continuous improvement activities

• Work with precision optics, electronics, assemblies and cutting-edge laser technology

• Develop your technical knowledge through structured training and hands-on learning

What we are looking for

We are interested in ambitious graduates and early-career engineers who enjoy understanding how technology works and solving technical problems.

You may have

• A degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship or technical qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics or a related discipline

• Experience with mechanical, electrical or electronic assembly

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Soldering experience (desirable but not essential)

• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach

• A genuine interest in technology, engineering and continuous learning

Most importantly, you will be curious, eager to learn and motivated to develop your technical expertise.
