What we're looking for
Faye is looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our core R&D team. You will be a key player in building our innovative travel insurance platform, taking ownership of features from the database all the way to the user interface. While the role is approximately 70% Backend focused , you will have a significant impact on our frontend architecture and user experience.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where you will solve complex technical challenges, optimize for high scalability, and help shape the future of travel tech.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
- Deep understanding of database design and building scalable distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex codebases.
- A “get things done” mindset with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
