We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Operations Administator to join our Jersey office on a 6-month fixed term contrac t. This is a key role at the heart of the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations, facilities, and administrative support.
Acting as a central point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders, you will play an important role in maintaining a professional, efficient, and well-coordinated office environment while supporting senior management and contributing to operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
This role offers a broad and varied remit across office operations, facilities and team support:

Oversee the day-to-day running of office operations , ensuring a high standard of administrative and operational support

Manage facilities and office services , including liaising with landlords and external service providers

Coordinate filing, post, archiving and records management , ensuring accuracy and compliance

Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and board materials , including budget-related information
-
Act as a key point of contact for employees, visitors and clients , delivering a professional and welcoming experience

Assist with onboarding new employees , ensuring smooth integration and adherence to company processes

Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are adhered to, including fire evacuation procedures

Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies

Support operational and business projects , working closely with senior leadership

Act as a key holder for the office

Proven experience in an operations, office management, or administrative role within a professional services environment

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems
