• Answer SVC calls

• Create SVC quotation

• Handling SVC part order

• Handling EDI & Web order

• Handling SVC billable order (Quotation, Entering & Invoicing)

• Handling SVC contract order (Quotation, Entering & Invoicing)

• Following up the shipping schedule of SVC related order

• Issuing and handling invoice

• Handling credit & re-bill process

• Maintaining equipment record

• Create Service Work Order

• Deal with Local vendor for local supply item

• Arrange of domestic shipping arrangement for SVC part that SVC engineer will use.
