We are currently looking for Operations Associates, Graders, and Customer Support Representatives to join our Beckett team. You’d report to the Head of Beckett Europe and work from our office in Lage, Germany. Trading Card Graders
What You’ll Do:
-
Evaluate and grade trading cards based on defined standards
-
Inspect condition details (centering, corners, edges, surface)
-
Document grading results and follow strict guidelines
Who You Are:
-
Passion for trading cards and collectibles
-
Strong attention to detail and concentration
-
Structured and consistent working style
-
Experience in grading/cards is a plus, not required
-
Enthusiasm for the hobby is essential
Operations Associates
What You’ll Do:

Receive, process, and prepare shipments
-
Support packaging, labeling, and production processes
-
Perform quality checks and assist warehouse operations
Who You Are:

Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented

Team player with a strong quality focus

Basic technical understanding
-
No experience required – training provided
Customer Support Representatives
What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and ticketing systems

Handle questions, complaints, and issue resolution

Maintain customer records and work cross-functionally
Who You Are:

Strong customer service mindset

Organized, detail-oriented, and computer-literate
-
Very good German communication skills + good English

Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
