We are looking for a IT Tech Lead Engineer to own and evolve our modern, cloud-first workplace infrastructure. This role is highly SaaS-active , focusing heavily on identity lifecycle automation and automated endpoint management. You pair deep infrastructure skills with an AI-forward mindset , actively leveraging AI tools to automate operations, optimize internal workflows, and secure our fully digital environment.

• 6+ years in systems engineering, modern IT infrastructure, or DevOps.

• Identity Expert: Deep, hands-on administration experience with Okta (advanced lifecycle management, API integrations, and SAML/OIDC configuration).

• MDM Expert: Advanced engineering experience with Jamf Pro (building configuration profiles, managing extension attributes, and scripting policy deployments).

• AI Literacy: Proven track record of using AI tools (e.g., Copilots, LLM APIs) to accelerate scripting or optimize IT workflows.

• Automation: Highly proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and using SaaS integration platforms (e.g., Okta Workflows, Workato).

• A "SaaS-first" mindset that favors API integration and automation over manual configuration.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex technical architecture simply.
