NPI Technical Manager

For the Aerospace division site in Karmiel, we are looking for a NPI Engineer to join our Head Systems Products team.

In this role you will

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for advanced opto-mechanical systems and complex testing and calibration stations

Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide engineering solutions for technical issues identified during production processes

Write engineering change orders and update engineering documentation

Work in a matrix environment with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, production, quality, procurement and suppliers

Support engineering change implementation and configuration control activities

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

At least 3 years of experience in NPI processes or product management

Experience with NPI processes of complex opto-mechanical systems, engineering change management, configuration control and engineering documentation

Experience in optical and electrical testing and calibration of opto-mechanical systems

Familiarity with complex optical test and calibration equipment such as Collimators, Theodolites, optical tables, integrating spheres and cameras - Advantage

Experience working in a multidisciplinary matrix environment - Advantage

Good English communication skills, including reading, writing and speaking

Strong system-level understanding, independent work capabilities, teamwork skills and high motivation
