Required Education and Experience:

• We are looking for candidates with a strong scientific background, ideally holding a medical doctor of pharmacist degree from a medical university or an advanced university qualification in a life science such as: Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector

• Previous experience working in Oncology is mandatory, including marketing, sales and market access roles

• Experience managing medical-scientific projects end-to-end is an advantage

• Experience with biostatistics and using data insights to decide next actions to enhance customer experience

• Experience working with different healthcare stakeholders

• Good understanding of local healthcare environment

• Previous experience of product launches is an advantage

• Ability to understand and effectively communicate scientific and medical information to both internal and a variety of external customers

• Highly collaborative and team spirited

• Excellent active listening skills

• Fluency in written and oral English is a must

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to successfully maintain professional and trusting relationships
