Creative Communication:

• Provide communication contents & creative design that meet the department objectives.

• Create a creative design according to expected outcome.

• Proficient in the element of arts, principles of design, working with type, image manipulation, illustration, layout, photography and art of interaction design.

• Responsible for publishing People Spotlight and other internal readings.

• Promote employee events & programs in Human Capital & Legal through creative design implementation.

• Provide creative designs for various media and promotional tools.

• Monitor and conduct proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work.

• Ensure effective documentation process related to creative design (e.g., request, documentation, progress update).

• Develop coordination and review with other related area to produce print and audio-visual materials.

General Activities:

• Perform & complete other tasks as assigned by Direct Supervisor.

• Provide periodic report to Direct Supervisor.

• Compile, record, file, and maintain all documents related to creative design work.

• Perform activities related to quality management system.

General Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor’ degree (preferably major in Visual Communication Design).

Work Exposure/ Experience:

Minimum 4 years working experience in related area.

Specialist requirement:

• Obtain National (local) certification listed on the list of Certification for Employee Communication Specialist.

• Validity of required certifications should refer to the list of Certification for Employee Communication Specialist.
