Description
- Full responsible for shift supervisors’ team to achieve maximum production, quality, and best cost. (>9, < 12 supervisors)
- Assist in selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to provide an adequate flow of applicants to meet hiring standards.
- Represents plant personnel on safety issues and programs and keeps management informed of plant conditions regarding safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
- Complies with all personnel policies and procedure as set by company standards and regulations.
- Monitors compliance and consistent of job quality standards to ensure first quality production.
- Monitors compliance to preventive maintenance requires on machines, conveyors, reports damages, and reports losses due to negligence and noncompliance.
- Trains new unit personnel as required.
- Communicates for basic alignment with planning.
- Performs these and other duties as assigned.
