Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Software Engineer. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Java Spring Boot backend development and React JS frontend development, combined with experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and LLMs to enhance engineering workflows. They should be passionate about creating modern, intelligent, user-friendly applications. In addition to technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with business partners from diverse backgrounds and varying technical expertise levels.

Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications leveraging Java for backend development and React JS for frontend interfaces
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate code generation, debugging and documentation.
Design adaptable and efficient web applications that prioritize exceptional user experiences.
Work closely with product managers, designers and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning, designing, coding, testing and deploying applications.
Conduct thorough code reviews, uphold coding standards and maintain high code quality across projects.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly in AI/ML and LLMs and proactively incorporate relevant innovations into the technology stack.

Minimum qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience.
5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Java, Spring, and Spring Boot as a core backend framework.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying microservices architectures.
Hands-on experience with React JS and related frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) for full-stack delivery.
Experience with database modeling and entity design patterns using NoSQL MongoDB or similar.
Experience designing and implementing AI agentic applications leveraging large language models (LLMs).
Practical expertise in Full-Stack Web Development, including HTTP handling (RESTful APIs), routing, and web server configuration (e.g., Nginx, cloud load balancers).

Preferred qualifications
Proficiency with MCP and function/tool calling patterns for autonomous agent behavior.
Strong background in designing, building, and integrating high-performance RESTful APIs.
Ability to write comprehensive test cases and debug complex issues to deliver quality products.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for debugging, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
