YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE
We’re looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance Team in Chihuahua . In this role, you’ll ensure that spare parts inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels in the warehouse to support maintenance operations. You’ll work closely with Purchasing, suppliers, and Maintenance to provide accurate machine and application information, support the purchase of correct materials, and follow up on Purchase Orders and deliveries. This is an opportunity to strengthen spare parts availability and support effective maintenance planning and scheduling.
WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN
-
Ensure adequate spare parts inventory is available to support maintenance activities.

Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers by providing accurate machine and application information to ensure the correct materials are purchased through Purchase Orders.

Audit spare parts inventory levels, including minimum and maximum stock requirements, to support inventory control.

Follow up on supplier Purchase Orders and material deliveries, supporting the Purchasing team as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
-
Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field .
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
-
Intermediate Excel skills.

Knowledge of spare parts administration and inventory control.

Knowledge of inventory auditing processes.
-
Experience preparing and tracking purchase requisitions.
-
Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
-
Good verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

COMPENSATION
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for competitive salary and enhanced benefits beyond legal requirements.
