Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments . We're looking for an HR Manager (f/m/d) to join our Human Resources team and help shape the future of global commerce .
What you'll own

Lead the day to day HR function in Germany, partnering closely with the CEO, senior leadership , and regional Centres of Excellence to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives .

Drive talent acquisition , employee development , succession planning , performance management , and organizational growth to support the continued expansion of Commerz Globalpay GmbH.

Ensure compliance with German labor law , oversee employee relations , collaborate closely with the Works Council, and manage monthly payroll processes .

Partner with leaders to support workforce planning , organizational change, and HR transformation while embedding our OneGP philosophy .

Lead and develop the local HR team , fostering a collaborative culture and delivering an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle .
What you'll bring
-
Extensive HR generalist experience , including several years in an HR leadership or management role within an international organization .

Strong knowledge of German labor law , employee relations , and HR best practices .

Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent management , organizational development , and change initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management , communication , and organizational skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business .

Business fluency in German and English.

It’s a bonus if you have

A Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline .

Experience working in a US headquartered , matrix organization .

Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms , as well as Learning & Development and change management initiatives.
