Key Responsibilities

Perform general utility and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Clean and maintain common areas, including windows, pantry facilities, maintenance rooms, and other assigned spaces.

Collect, deliver, and distribute documents and materials as required.

Empty and maintain paper shredders, waste bins, and other disposal areas.

Conduct regular cleaning of office fixtures, cabinets, drawers, and safety equipment.

Monitor cleanliness of floors and perform mopping and basic upkeep as needed.

Carry out minor repairs and maintenance within assigned areas of responsibility.

Support workplace safety, security, and housekeeping initiatives in coordination with the Safety Officer and management.

Assist with office operations and perform other duties that may be assigned to support business requirements.
