Team Leader Shipbuilding

The Role

Delivers shipbuilding engineering outputs with high quality and on time, while providing functional leadership to a team of shipbuilding engineers. Combines hands-on engineering with team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily shipbuilding engineering activities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting

• Review and validate shipbuilding engineering deliverables

• Perform complex design, calculations, and drawings

• Coordinate outsourced engineering and support production

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of shipbuilding engineering and processes

• Experience with Cadmatic Hull and AutoCAD

• Good command of English

Other Requirements

• Based in or willing to relocate to Antalya

• Willing to travel abroad

• No military obligation (for male candidates)
