Indirect Procurement Buyer

For our company site in Bar-Lev, Aerospace is looking for an Indirect Procurement Buyer to join a professional and dynamic team. In this role you will

Manage and plan indirect procurement processes in Israel and abroad

Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and large-scale engagements

Be responsible for procurement activities with budgets in the millions of ILS

Manage and handle purchase orders with various manufacturers, suppliers, and procurement subcontractors

Lead procurement processes and requests for quotations (RFQs)

Work closely with customer departments, engineering, operations, planning, and pricing teams

Manage purchase orders and establish framework agreements and pricing structures

Monitor and track deliveries and payment terms

Work with multiple internal organizational interfaces and manage risks

Meet cost, quality, and schedule targets while driving continuous process improvement

Requirements

B.A. or B.Sc. degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering and Management

Experience in procurement within a global company - Advantage

Experience working with information systems and familiarity with LN system - Advantage

Experience in import and shipping processes - Advantage

Engineering or technical background - Advantage

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with multiple interfaces

Strong analytical skills, negotiation capabilities, independence, and ability to lead processes

Ability to work in a multitasking environment, perform under pressure, and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
