Supply Chain Analyst (m/f/d)

Join our TechOps Finance team and provide the transparent, data-driven insights needed to support sound decision-making across the global supply chain. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning, helping to systematically strengthen supply chain performance and management.

Your responsibilities

Analyze the financial performance of the supply chain, with a particular focus on inventory, service levels, and forecast accuracy.

Develop and implement relevant supply chain KPIs and meaningful dashboards.

Evaluate scenario plans and capacity analyses in collaboration with the Demand and Supply Planning teams.

Translate your analyses into actionable recommendations for business decisions and performance improvements.

Collaborate closely with international teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning.

Your profile

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

At least five years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Controlling, ideally within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.

Strong experience in data analysis and reporting, combined with advanced Excel skills.

Ideally, experience with planning systems such as SAP IBP or SAP APO, ERP systems, and Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.

The confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders while building productive working relationships.

Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate confidently in a multinational matrix environment.

Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage. You are based in, or able to work within, a European time zone.
