Flight Test Engineer

Airobotics is a leading company specializing in the development and manufacturing of autonomous drone systems. Airobotics works primarily with defense industries, such as military and law enforcement agencies worldwide. The company is part of Ondas Holdings and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary.

• At least 3 years of experience in planning, managing, or executing flight tests for complex systems.

• Experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAS/UAV) – significant advantage.

• Experience in developing test plans, defining test methodologies, and analyzing test results.

• Experience writing technical reports and documenting engineering findings.

• Familiarity with product development, system integration, and Verification & Validation (V&V) processes – advantage.

• Strong planning and end-to-end project execution capabilities.

• Ability to make decisions under pressure in a dynamic operational environment.

• Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.

• Fluent Hebrew and strong technical English skills.

• B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline – advantage.
