The “ Process Engineer ” will be based in Flex GDL South , reporting to Process engineer lead
Responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, productivity, safety, and delivery .

What a typical day looks like

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and process parameters.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis .

• Lead continuous improvement, cycle time, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Support NPI, process transfers, ECOs, and equipment implementation .

• Develop and maintain process documentation, controls, and work instructions.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

• Support training and implementation of new processes and technologies.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team ;

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related Engineering .

• 5+ years of Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience .

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, and Root Cause Analysis .

• Knowledge of Minitab.

• Experience with manufacturing equipment and process improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced English .

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing .
