> Leading channel C&C and Hypermarket with business size 2255 MB in year 2024 , business contribution 19% to total company.
> Manage customer and develop business plan to deliver sales target each year

Job Description

Head of Group Key Account - Cash Carry & Hypermarket

1) Leading team & ensure team to deliver business KPI , Sales , Marketshare

2) Build long term business plan with customer , build strategic partnership with key customer CPAXTRA ( Makro & Lotus ) , Big C , Go wholesale

3) Negotiation with customers on Trade term ( TTA ) , deliver business plan as of trade agreement

3) Ensure fundamental working process & drive key project and work with with cross functional ;  finance , logistic , marketing , trade

4) Coach & Guide team for account management skills
