Forward Deployment Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will bridge product and customer deployments, ensuring reliable production outcomes for real customers and feeding learnings back into the product. You'll own end-to-end deployments within a fast paced, collaborative team focused on AI powered customer communications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Act as the technical bridge between product and customer setups and translate requirements into robust implementations.

• Lead production rollouts of AI driven setups including workflows, data flows, prompts and guardrails.

• Implement integrations with third party systems via APIs, webhooks and common services.

• Develop glue code and small to medium features with tests, monitoring and logging.

• Debug live issues in production and deploy rapid fixes when needed.

• Create reusable templates, playbooks and best practices to enable scalable deployments.

• Provide feedback to product on pain points and feature gaps with concrete recommendations.

• Own deployment success and ensure customer setups function reliably during live calls.

• Collaborate across AI logic, integrations and cloud topics in a small, high velocity team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Several years of hands-on experience translating customer requirements into production implementation plans and deployments.

• Experience building and rolling out production AI workflows, data flows, prompts and guardrails; strong knowledge of LLM applications.

• Hands-on API, webhook and authentication experience with third party integrations.

• Coding ability to implement glue code and features with testing, monitoring and logging.

• Understanding of cloud deployment and observability for debugging in production.

• Strong problem solving and a delivery focused mindset.

• German proficiency at B2 level or above, with non German candidates eligible for escalation.

• Bonus: experience with voice or telephony, automation tools, TypeScript or Python, SQL, monitoring or privacy considerations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary range: 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually.
