Qlik Sense Developer III | Business Intelligence | Healthcare Analytics Baptist Health Louisville, KY (Hybrid)
Baptist Health is seeking a BI Developer III with strong Qlik Sense and SQL skills to develop enterprise analytics solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. In this role, you'll work directly with business stakeholders to design dashboards, build scalable data models, and deliver insights that help improve patient care and organizational performance.
Essential Duties:

Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications and dashboards

Build and optimize Qlik load scripts, data models, and QVDs

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions

Troubleshoot and improve application performance

Support reporting governance, testing, and documentation

Contribute to BI development standards and best practices
Qualifications:

3+ years of BI or analytics development experience

2+ years of Qlik Sense development experience

Strong SQL skills
-
Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes

Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred

Healthcare analytics experience

Qlik Sense certifications
