Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions using Dell ISG portfolio:
- Dell PowerEdge Servers
- Power Store, Power Scale, Power Flex, Power Vault Storage
- Dell Networking
- Hybrid Cloud and AI Infrastructure
- Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct discovery workshops and technical assessments.
- Present solution architectures to customer IT teams and leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives.
Pre-Sales Support
- Support Account /Sales /Product Managers during the sales cycle.
- Develop BoMs, HLDs, LLDs, solution proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Perform sizing, configuration, and solution validation.
Technical Demonstrations
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
- Showcase Dell Technologies and competitive differentiation.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities for modernization, cloud adoption, AI, virtualization, and data center transformation.
- Collaborate with Dell sales teams, partners, and OEM alliances.

- Experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture preferred.
