System Product Quality & Reliability (Q&R) Engineer, Annapurna Q&R

Key job responsibilities

• Development of DfX (DfM, DfT, DfQ&R, etc.) methodologies and BKMs (Best Known Methods).
• DfX activities during the product design stage.
• Product quality & reliability validation (QRV) and ongoing quality & reliability monitoring (OQRM).
• Q&R engineering of volume manufacturing: auditing, monitoring, risk assessment and disposition of non-conformance events/non-conforming material, defining and implementing corrective actions.
• RMAs: investigation, disposition, reporting and follow-up.

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent, or experience working in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Knowledge and experience in PCB/PCBA design, manufacturing, testing and failure analysis.
• Knowledge and experience in quality and reliability engineering and statistics fundamentals.
• Knowledge of relevant IPC and other standards.
• Fluent English.

• Knowledge of fundamentals of computer networks and data processing is a plus.
