THE JOB
As a Cook at Bellagio, you’ll bring your culinary talent and passion to life, crafting exceptional dishes that delight our guests and set the stage for unforgettable experiences. With skill, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality, you’ll help create the WOW moments that make every stay at Bellagio truly memorable.
THE STARTING RATE: 26.6831 USD Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques

Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
-
Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
-
Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
-
Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
-
Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
-
Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
-
Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
-
18+ years of age or older
-
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
-
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
-
1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred
-
Formal Culinary training preferred
