Job Description Summary

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Associate to support the innovation, development, and lifecycle management of our lash product portfolio across domestic and international markets. This role will help drive category growth by assisting in product planning, market analysis, and cross-functional execution, while supporting retailer programs and global collaboration to deliver consumer-relevant solutions.

Job Description

Category Strategy & Planning

- Support the development of lash category strategies aligned with global brand goals and regional market needs

- Assist in identifying white space opportunities through market research and trend tracking

Product Development & Global Collaboration

- Coordinate product development tasks including packaging updates, pricing inputs, and regional adaptation needs

- Partner with domestic and international teams—including R&D, sourcing, packaging, and design—to ensure alignment on product specs, timelines, and market requirements

- Support localization efforts for product claims, artwork, and regulatory needs across global markets

Retailer & Channel Strategy

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, retail engagement, and other cross-functional teams to support tailored assortments and promotional plans by market and channel

- Assist in preparing product samples and product presentations for both domestic and/or international partners

- Support the planning and execution of promotional item launches tied to retailer tentpole moments (e.g., holiday, back-to-school, seasonal resets), including strategy development, timeline tracking, and post-launch performance monitoring

Competitor & Market Analysis

- Track competitive activity and beauty trends across global markets

- Monitor regional consumer behavior and influencer impact to inform product strategy

The anticipated compensation range is 19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
