Digital Marketing Automation

DocPlanner Italy, leading company for healthcare digital services, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Lead Generation local team and play a pivotal role in creating processes that are as automated as possible in order to generate qualified leads.

We’re looking for an Digital Marketing Automation to join our Marketing team. You’ll run inbound and paid campaigns aimed at doctors/clinics, turning our database and digital channels into a steady flow of qualified leads.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Execute and optimize our B2B inbound strategy, using our database to generate MQLs/qualified contacts at every stage of the lifecycle;

• Run and monitor email and WhatsApp campaigns and build automation flows that create a great customer experience

• Analyze campaign data to understand which channels bring MQLs and how they convert

• Optimize forms, landing pages and CTAs to improve conversion, and test new lead generation channels

• Support the content marketing strategy and collaborate with Global Marketing to deliver on time

• Work closely with the paid team to align audiences, messages and landing pages and maximize MQLs

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Delivering MQLs in line with budget

• Working with Sales to reach inbound MRR goals

• Improving MQL volume, MQL→SQL conversion and campaign engagement

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in lead generation

• Hands-on experience with inbound campaigns (email, WhatsApp, automation); knowledge of paid channels (Meta, Google Ads) is a big plus

• A data-driven mindset: you turn campaign data into optimizations

• Ability to deliver quality work at a fast pace, with proactivity and ownership

• HubSpot and/or Salesforce knowledge

• Good collaboration skills with content, paid, events and sales

• Good English for an international environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Jira or similar tools

• Cross-cultural communication skills
