SPAR Kinsale (Pearse St) require a Full-Time Assistant Manager to join their fantastic team.

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations

- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints

- Supervise, train, and support team members to achieve high performance standards

- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and attractively presented

- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste and stock loss

- Manage cash handling, tills, and end-of-day reconciliations

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
