We are supporting a global consumer brand with the appointment of a senior engineering leader for a newly established engineering centre in Shanghai.

The successful candidate will help build and lead a growing technical organisation while remaining close to architecture, technical decision-making and delivery.

The brief requires:

- Senior engineering leadership experience

- Experience building or scaling engineering teams

- Strong architecture and technical depth

- Global stakeholder management

- Experience working with product, commercial and business teams

- Exposure to e-commerce, retail technology, POS or digital platforms
