Suite Attendant (Casual)

 

You will be responsible for

Guest Experience

• Deliver warm, professional and attentive service to all suite guests.

• Anticipate needs, handle requests and resolve issues quickly and confidently.

Suite Service & Standards

• Set up, serve and clear suites to a consistently high standard.

• Ensure suites are clean, well‑presented and fully stocked throughout service.

Eventday Service

• Lead service in your suite during matchdays and events, maintaining pace and quality in busy periods.

• Coordinate with bar, kitchen and floor teams to ensure timely food and drink delivery.

Teamwork & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for guests in your suite and communicate feedback to supervisors.

• Support and guide junior team members, leading by example on service and standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Server or similar role in a premium or high‑volume hospitality environment.

• Strong track record of delivering exceptional guest service and managing a section independently.

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable manner.

• Ability to lead service in your area, support junior team members and maintain standards under pressure.

• High attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness and overall guest experience.

• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and event days as required.

Desirable

• Experience in suites, stadium, arena or VIP hospitality environments.

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine, cocktails or premium dining.

• Experience handling VIP guests or corporate clients.

• Familiarity with POS or ordering systems used in hospitality operations.
