R&D Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, internal communications, strategic communications, event management, or related roles; healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead engagement and communication initiatives from planning through execution, with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.

• Strong capability in developing and tailoring engagement content, key messages, and communication materials for leadership and diverse internal audiences.

• Experience managing internal communication or engagement channels and using them strategically to improve reach, clarity, and organizational impact.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across functions, regions, and cultures in a matrixed environment.

• Strong project leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive follow-through, and deliver high-quality results under ambiguity.

• Experience leading or overseeing vendors, agencies, or external support resources, including setting direction, managing quality, and ensuring timely delivery, is preferred.

• Proactive, agile, and solution-oriented, with strong judgment, resilience, and the confidence to operate independently while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with AI tools and digital content solutions, with the ability to use them responsibly and effectively to enhance communication, engagement, and workflow efficiency.
