- Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Chiefs of Staff and leaders across the executive team and business units; Represent the CIO where appropriate and manage through influence
- Team leadership: Lead and develop the ITPMO team (program management, strategy and operations, portfolio analytics) and the Executive Administrators supporting the IT VPs; Set standards for executive support, drive consistency and coverage across the team, and build a culture of accountability and discretion
- Continuous improvement: Define delivery standards and ways of working, and use data and AI-enabled tools to make governance, reporting, and executive support faster and more scalable
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, IT/enterprise program or portfolio management, or chief of staff roles, ideally at a high-growth technology company
- Experience leading a team, including managers or professionals in program management and/or executive support, with a track record of developing talent

- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including board-ready materials that turn complex information into clear recommendations
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills; you use data to guide trade-offs and design for scale
- High EQ, low ego, and sound judgment. You build trust quickly and handle confidential information with discretion
- AI-fluent: you apply AI and automation in your own work and in how your teams operate
- Familiarity with IT delivery and technology portfolios (e.g., enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, SaaS), and with agile and change management practices, is a plus
- Flexible schedule; occasional domestic or international travel; Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
What Success Looks Like
- The CIO’s time and focus are aligned to the highest-value priorities, and decisions happen on schedule
