Senior Finance Service Delivery Manager – Financial Accounting

As the Senior Finance Service Delivery Manager – Financial Accounting , you will lead the GBS Manila Finance Service Delivery Team supporting General Accounting, Intercompany, and FP&A processes. You will provide leadership across people, performance, and transformation while helping drive Finance Transformation initiatives. The role partners closely with global, regional, and local Finance stakeholders to resolve complex accounting, operational, and control matters. You will also be accountable for maintaining the integrity of accounting processes and internal controls while driving quality and efficiency across Finance operations.

• Lead Finance service delivery across General Accounting, Intercompany, and FP&A, helping ensure quality and efficient operations aligned with established SLAs and operational scorecards.

• Provide strategic direction and key decisions supporting Finance Transformation activities impacting the GBS center.

• Maintain the integrity of accounting processes and a robust internal control environment, including SOX compliance and timely remediation of identified audit and control gaps.

• Lead and develop Finance talent while partnering with Finance Directors, Controllers, GRBS teams, Corporate Accounting, IT, and audit stakeholders across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Lead the GBS Manila Finance Service Delivery Team across General Accounting, Intercompany, and FP&A processes, with responsibility for people, performance, and transformation.

• Partner with Continuous Improvement teams to identify and implement opportunities that improve process and cost efficiency in support of Finance Transformation.

• Lead the resolution of operational, financial, and control-related issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain a robust system of internal controls, ensure SOX compliance, and drive timely remediation of control and internal audit gaps.

• Coordinate SOX, Internal Audit, and external audit engagements to support effective execution while minimizing disruption to business operations.

• Promote and retain talent by creating continuous learning and development opportunities across the Finance organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Finance and/or Accounting, together with a CPA or similar professional accounting certification.

• 10–15 years of corporate accounting experience in a management position, preferably within a multinational organization, with previous shared services experience.

• at least 5 years in a leadership role in a multinational or shared services industry

• Experience with audit procedures and controls, managing large teams, and working with stakeholders across diverse cultures; accounting or auditing experience within a large global independent registered accounting firm and US GAAP experience is desired.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence leaders, drive process and cost efficiencies, support a strong control environment, and work with global teams across different time zones. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
