Cloud Solutions Team Leader

WideOps, a Google Cloud Premier Partner, is looking for Cloud solutions team leader to join our awesome team! Lead and mentor a team of Cloud Architects and DevOps Engineers, oversee technical delivery and architectural standards, and collaborate closely with the CTO on technical strategy. The role includes designing scalable cloud solutions, leading cloud migrations and modernization initiatives, identifying Generative AI opportunities, and staying hands-on with DevOps, Terraform, IaC, and CI/CD, while driving cloud cost optimization and technical excellence. Full time and hybrid position, in Haifa.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree – A must. At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams (architects, DevOps, or engineering squads) – required. At least At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and managing production workloads on GCP and/or AWS - required. Strong expertise in cloud architecture, DevOps, Terraform, and CI/CD - required. Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows, networking, databases, and scripting languages such as Python and Bash - required. Ability to speak and write in Hebrew and English fluently – required.
