Telecommunications Specialist (RingCentral)

This role manages daily telecom operations, VoIP (cloud/on‑prem), call flows, MACs, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams. Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience

5+ years telecom/IT network systems experience

Avaya CM v16.3, System/Session Manager, Aura Messaging, CMS, VeraSmart, Virtual Observer, G430/G450/G650
