Finance Analyst - Junior

Junior Finance analyst is responsible for supporting collection activities and maintaining accurate records for an assigned portfolio of accounts. The role focuses on monitoring outstanding balances, performing routine follow-ups, responding to stakeholder queries, and supporting account reconciliation activities. The analyst works within established credit control procedures to ensure timely collection of receivables and accurate documentation of collection efforts. Complex collection issues, disputes, and exceptions are escalated as appropriate. Success is measured through accuracy, service delivery, and adherence to credit control processes.
