Come grow with us.

Balancing the world’s need for safe, reliable water with protecting this critical natural resource for the future requires a deep understanding of interconnected systems.

We work with clients across the entire project life cycle — from initial planning studies through final construction and operations and maintenance services — on both traditional and alternative project-delivery options (design-build, public-private partnerships and financing).

  • Contributing to technical excellence initiatives and staying current with emerging tools, methodologies, and regulatory changes.

You are a recognised engineer in design delivery and have a passion for technical excellence across multidisciplinary road, rail, defence, aviation, energy and large-scale infrastructure projects.

You will likely bring:

  • Drainage/Flood Modelling industry experience
  • Experience in the planning, hydraulic assessment and design of stormwater and drainage networks, or hydrologic modelling and/or assessments.
  • Confident skillset in software usage, such as Civil 3D or 12d, and/or TUFLOW or similar hydraulic modelling tools, URBS and/or XP-Rafts or similar hydrologic modelling tools, QGIS and/or ArcGIS.
  • Technical capability across underground and surface water drainage systems.
  • Experience delivering major infrastructure projects within a consulting or multidisciplinary engineering environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working directly with clients.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of successful project delivery principles.
