Whether you're bringing previous sales experience or transitioning from another customer-focused industry, we'll provide the training and guidance to help you learn the business, develop your skills, and work toward your goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Reach out to prospective customers through provided leads, referrals, and outbound calls

• Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage

• Prepare quotes and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell coverage and generate referrals

• Develop lasting customer relationships through consistent communication

• Work toward sales goals and contribute to agency growth

• Participate in ongoing coaching and product training

• Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships

• Motivated by sales goals, achievement, and earning potential

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads

• Handles rejection with persistence and a positive attitude

• Willing to learn, accept coaching, and improve

• Takes initiative and follows through on commitments

• Previous experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or customer service is a plus

• Insurance licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses

• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
