ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the go-to-market team at a Series A B2B SaaS company serving industrial procurement. In this early-career, zero-to-one role, you will shape and build growth initiatives that help a supplier-data platform reach more users and scale its impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify, test, and build high-potential growth mechanics, such as referrals, network effects, and embedded workflows.

• Develop technical SEO and AI-search infrastructure to generate organic acquisition from industrial procurement queries.

• Design and launch product-led growth initiatives that acquire users without proportional sales investment.

• Run rapid experiments from prototype through validation, scaling successful approaches and stopping ineffective ones.

• Work with company leadership to set growth strategy and take ownership of planning, execution, and problem-solving.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• One to two years of relevant experience in product growth, strategy, or operations, with strong performance in a demanding environment.

• Startup experience, or equivalent experience building an initiative from zero to scale with significant independence.

• Hands-on experience developing product-led growth initiatives and compounding growth loops end to end.

• Practical technical SEO and AI-search or generative engine optimization experience that supports organic acquisition.

• Fluency in German and English, and a willingness to work in Munich at least four days per week.

• B2B SaaS growth experience in industrial procurement or a similar enterprise domain is relevant.
