Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operation of mission-critical data center infrastructure.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and network equipment.

• Conduct rack-and-stack activities, hardware replacements, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

• Ensure operational activities are completed according to established procedures and service standards.

• Support fiber optic infrastructure, including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

• Investigate and resolve transmission and connectivity issues. Perform cable management, fiber tracing, and cross-connect activities.

• Support high-volume fiber deployment and operational tasks within the data center environment.

• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide root cause analysis.

• Act as on-site technical support for remote engineering teams. Manage operational tickets and ensure timely issue resolution. Escalate critical incidents and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Work closely with internal engineering teams and customer stakeholders.

• Provide technical updates, maintenance reports, and operational documentation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Data Center, Telecommunications, or Mission-Critical Infrastructure environment.

• Experience performing hardware upgrades, component replacements, and preventive maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across physical infrastructure and connectivity environments.

• Ability to work in shift-based operations and provide standby support when required.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
