Senior Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the product design team at a seed-stage B2B SaaS company building revenue growth infrastructure. You will partner with product and engineering to shape the core experience, from early problem definition through launch, across embedded product interfaces, design systems, and brand surfaces.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner with product and engineering to take roadmap projects from initial problem framing through shipped solutions.

• Identify and deliver improvements across existing product areas, from larger redesigns to usability refinements.

• Create low- and high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate ideas and validate approaches.

• Contribute to design systems spanning product, marketing, and brand experiences.

• Refine embedded interfaces so they feel trustworthy and native within third-party products.

• Help develop design culture and contribute to product and design thinking across the organization.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of product design experience, including work on SaaS or B2B software products.

• Strong visual design, interaction design, product thinking, and systems design skills.

• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, with curiosity about emerging design tools.

• Experience designing components and patterns within broader systems, and judgment about when to depart from conventions.

• Clear communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working asynchronously.

• Ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup.

• Experience with embedded or developer-facing products, data-heavy or AI-assisted experiences, or both in-house and agency environments is a plus.

LOCATION

Fully remote, Europe-based, within three hours of Central European Time. Visa sponsorship is not available.
